At Q Care Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us at jk.qcare@gmail.com or call +91 9867707991 with your order details.
After Shipment Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The original invoice/receipt is provided
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Free gifts or complimentary products
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
Shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Exchange Policy
We offer one-time exchanges for products that are defective or incorrectly shipped, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

To initiate a return or refund:

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
